

The Young Environmental Conservation Initiative (YECI) is a youth-led organization in Wakiso District, Uganda, dedicated to promoting sustainable environmental practices through permaculture, organic farming, regenerative agriculture, and community education. We empower young people and communities to take action in conservation through programs focused on environmental education, tree planting, plastic management, and youth-led initiatives across East Africa.Through collaboration and grassroots efforts, YECI works to build a greener and healthier Uganda. We invite partners, volunteers, and supporters to join us in protecting Uganda’s natural heritage—whether through hands-on participation or financial contributions. Together, we can create a lasting positive impact on the environment and future generations.
